Low-cost housing for Local people
The Midhurst Community Land Trust was set up in 2017 to serve the town and the surrounding villages of Bepton, Woolbeeding, Easebourne, West Lavington and Cocking.
Our aim is to make available a long- term stock of affordable housing for local people to rent and to offer short-term rented accommodationfi to key workers.
Since our inception we have acquired and rented out, at an affordable rent, two semi-detached houses in central Midhurst and are currently finalising 6 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments in Easebourne. Other projects are in the pipeline.
Hear more about the project and from the Chichester District Council’s Housing Delivery Team, as to the needs and benefits a CLT bring to our community.
We need your support and input as this project grows its capability.
